Gym rentals are allowed to bring outside foods/drinks into their rental space.

$350 2 1/2 hours- includes set up & clean up

Rent the entire gym space for private events such as birthday parties, celebrations, meetings or group gatherings (moms, scouts, sports teams, clubs, church, etc.)

You will have access to a gym staff assistant for set up/clean up if you wish!
With the help of gym staff we can rearrange the dining room furniture to fit your decor ideas!
Grip socks required for children and regular socks are required for age 13+/adults. Socks are available for purchase if needed.
The space must be cleaned and left the way you found it.
Trash must be bagged but SKG employees will handle getting the bags to the dumpster and will vacuum the space after your event. Please pick up large items from the floors.
Candles are to be lit by SKG staff, not guests!

Yoga, dance fitness, Zumba, cheer stunting, tumbling, pilates, sound bath meditation, dance, etc.

Gym Rental Specifics
Outside food/drinks permitted (option to purchase food/drinks from the Cafe available). No lighters necessary! An SKG staff member will light candles for you (this is required by our liability insurance policy!!!)
Cancellations/Rescheduling:
2 1/2 hour rentals
$100 nonrefundable deposit required at the time of booking for 2 1/2 hr rentals, remaining balance must be paid in full 7 days before the day of event.
Rentals can be rescheduled with no additional cost given a 2 weeks notice, the deposit will transfer to the new available date.
To prevent a full event charge the, cancellations must be made at least seven days prior to the event. In the event of a cancellation after the full payment has been made, a credit in the form of an equivalent play pass value will be provided (minus the deposit). No refunds will be issued for no shows. No refunds will be issued for deposits, with or without notice of cancellation.
1 1/2 hour rentals
Payment of $175 paid in full at the time of booking for 1 1/2 hr rentals.
Rentals can be rescheduled with no additional cost given a 2 weeks notice, the payment will transfer to the new available date.
After the full payment has been made, a credit in the form of an equivalent play pass value will be provided. No refunds will be issued for no shows.
All visitors must have a signed waiver before leaving the Cafe’ area. (Waivers can be completed before coming in for faster check-in)
Please lightly clean the dining space/event room before signing out. Trash in trashcans, surfaces wiped off from major messes, tables/chairs put back, etc. (leave the space as you found it).SKG staff will handle vacuuming and taking the trash to the dumpster! If the space isn’t left in the condition it was found the card on file will be charged $50 for a cleaning fee.
Additional hour add ons for 2 1/2 hr rentals may be available based on gym schedule and rental availability at the time of booking, $80/hour.
Please don’t attach decorations to the doors, windows, or walls as they may leave a mess or damage the space. Any damages will be charged to the card on file.
NO confetti/confetti balloons/confetti cannons or glitter items permitted.
